At this rank, getting Computer Science in the top NITs or IIITs through JOSAA counselling is difficult if you're from the general category. However, you still have good options. You may get non-core branches like Mechanical, Civil, or even ECE in some of the newer or northeastern NITs depending on category and home state quota. In IIITs like Nagpur, Bhagalpur, or Manipur, there’s a fair chance to get circuit branches if you go till the last round or participate in CSAB counselling after JOSAA.
