I have 89.3% in my class 10th and top iims allots maximum points to students having more than 90% in class 10th, so will it be round off?

No it won't get round off and you will not get the highest point for that. As per the rules of you get highest point if you score more than 90 then you need atleast 90 to get the maximum points but since you stand below 90 therefore you will next points to what is offered to a candidate above 90.
