I have 94% aggregate in PCM. Can I get CSE in 2nd round

Congratulations for getting such high grades on your standardised tests. With these grades, you will almost certainly be admitted to the CSE branch. However, not all universities use 12th grades to determine admissions, since they prefer candidates who have passed the JEE mains and have an excellent academic record (AIR or state rank). So you should focus on the admission/entrance tests as well to improve your chances of getting into a reputable college for CSE branch as this branch require highest marks in every college from IITs to private colleges.
