I have 95 in 10th ,67.44 in 12th , and 77 in ug. What are chances of getting into iims ? What should be my cat percentile ?

As your academic performance is average.You need minimum 98ile in CAT exam in order to get a call from any IIMS.

Let me first clear this thing that your past academics also need to be very good if you want to get into iims because it does matters a lot.I see your past academics average.Now, first of all you have tobget 97%ile(may be more) above for iims and also you need to clear GDPI in order to secure admission.

For getting into IIM's,try scoring above 95 percentile.This will almost give you a definite chance to get into the newer IIM's.
For getting into older IIM's,you should score more than 98 percentile if you do not have any work experience or special extra co-curriculars.
However,since past academic records are also very essential and you have lower percentage of marks in 12th,try scoring the maximum you can.
