Rishav since you are having the 40 percent of eye disability and you are having the proper certification as well proper proof as well then they might not ask for you about that during the time of counselling but as per the situation demands of they will test you also then also not a issue , if you are having the actual problem of eye disability then it detect there as well and if not you have to face the consequences of that.
