Yes definitely, your certificate is valid. I guess you are asking for jee mains.
Then the obc ncl certificate that you need for jee mains should be of the same format as mentioned in the official website of nta. So make sure that your certificate is of the same format and also according to your state you need to check that whether your certificate is issued by the right authorities or not. The central obc certificate is issued by some of the state authorities so you need not worry about that.
