what would be the problem if i hav dont have distinction in Bsc course(hav got a back paper in General elective sub not in core ) . will it effect in further studies while doing Msc ?

Securing a job in PSU with a gap year is not something you need to worry about. It completely depends on how you secure the job and how well you appear in the entrance exam. If you do have a valid medical document, you may have higher chances of getting selected.
