I Have a Gate score of 407 (MECHANICAL,OC), will I get M.TECH in NIT. I know I don`t have a competitive score but will there be any chances.

Thank you Nihal, In NSR would I get any top NIT`s for material or nano. Also I have checked prev year cutoff for nano in IIT patna and it said 370 is enough. So having 407 get me a chance?
