I have a OBC certificate by the Centrel government. Central government has given the OBC. So can i use this central OBC in mht cet

Yes OBC certificate apprived by Gazzetted authorities shall be considered for documents verification.
Since yours is approved by central government it will work perfectly.
Make sure you have enough xerox copies.
Documents verification and registration for counselling has commenced from 7th June 2018.
