You have to check official webpage for updated notice. if you keep track of it then you will know if any notice is uploaded for 2nd session and you can apply for it in time.
you have applied for 1st session so you know how the process is done. There won;t be any big change in 2nd one. Not to worry. Organizing body will provide you information broucher to guide you in every step.
