Hi Madhusudan,
As you have qualified NEET 2019, so you are eligible to attend the counselling process of AIQ seats organised by MCC.
Every individual who has qualified NEET can attend the counselling process by registering on the MCC website for AIQ seats as well as for Deemed Universities and central universities seats.
The last date for registration and choice filling is 24th June, so I will recommend you to act fast if you want to attend the counselling.
