Hey!

Both are very different from each other as papa special force battalions comes under Indian army which acts durind land Warfare whereas MARCOs are part of Indian navy which work during Maritime wars.

Both are 'best', they can't be compared as they do different jobs in different situations, however, para battalions sees more action as land wars occur (terrorist attacks) than Maritime attacks.
