I have accepted alloted seat by jossa and reported in centre. Am I eligible for special round in csab to get seat in better college?

Yes, definitely you are still eligible for branch or college upgaradation with CSAB counselling. The people who have been alloted any seat as well as not alloted any seat both are eligible for CSAB counselling. You can go for it even you take admission in any college.
