According to your category rank , you can easily get a AIIMS college , because if we consider previous year's data , the last rank for SC category was 1081 for getting a seat in AIIMS delhi , and you have rank 461 , so you have a great margin , hence you are on safer side. Rest , it depends on each year's cutoff , as it changes every year.
