It's from bottom to top always dear, bcz you were asked to filled your best choice at no . 1 then 2nd choice at no. 2 and so on… and if u have did any mistake u will get one more chance to refill ur choice freshly at Spot round only,where there is quite less chance to get ur desired stream however ur good rank is still upgradation is a good opportunity where if you hold a chance you can be provided one of your choices.
