usually new registrations are made for the mop up round , if they are not permitting your gate pass, in this case it will be good to contact the officials about this issue and know what will be best to do , beacuse they must be having some solutions or any way to get you a gate pass

Each round of counselling would need to be required to pay an additional amount separately. There is only Stray round of counselling but even for that round the last date to apply was 27 AUG 2018 by 5 Pm.
