i have already gave my 12th board exam only one is left. can i apply for ba (hons) psychology?

Yes as far as now there is no admission guidelines by the universities for begining of the registration for programmes have been out yet. As soon as the application comes you are eligible to apply as this year you will begin your college after passing out from college. You can't apply now as all the admission is shutdown now. After board exam is completed then only you can apply for any higher studies.
Admission form will be released after all the results gets published. Your board will release date when to appear the left out exam and then they will take atleast half a month time to evaluate it. Then result will be published. After then you can go for higher studies.
