I have already paid Rs. 799 today to you, for using (JEE Main & JEE Advanced) College Predictors. The payment was made from my ICICI bank credit card. The money Rs.799 has already been debited from my card account. However, the money is not getting reflected in my Careers360 account. Please help.

There must be a technical glitch you could either refresh the app or uninstall the app and then again install it.
