I have already registered myself for JEE jan exam .For April exam of JEE, I have filled a new form instead of using my old form.

You should fill new form for the April jee exam mains exam. There will be no issue for this new form.The NTA won't cancel the process. If you want to correct any mistakes in the application form you can change your details etc . except the test centre of exam.but make sure that the details are as per the 10 the marks card.
