apart from the conventional BBA, MBA or B Tech, MBA ; I'd suggest you to apply for the Indian Defence forces, where, according to me, actual management skills are tested in practicality and the assests on risk are not the capitals of the bank or industries, but rather the lives of fellowmen working under you.

Hello,
Well you can go in for bba course and then go in for mba.
MBA is no doubt the most aspired academic course in India. Lakhs and lakhs of students every year take numerous competitive exams for admission in top most colleges of the country and to get post graduate degree or diploma in Business Management.
However, it is a matter of concern for many that which specialization they should opt for. There are students who think it is a decision they should think about after the exam but if thought wisely, one should be very clear of their future goal even at the time of writing their paper. It is so, because many institutes that offer unique specialization close their admission counter just before the exam and if you miss to apply for those institutes, you may miss out the opportunity of your lifetime.
BBA
BBAis the basic platform of someone who is serious of getting through to a good MBA programme. ThisBachelor in Business Administrationlays the bases of your management education. This course is of more importance to students from a non commerce as it brings them on terms with the basics in Business Administration.
Bachelors of Business Administration is a three year degree program. This degree aims at providing fundamental education inbusiness and management principles. The course allows students to specialize in one of the multiple specialization areas, such as international business, finance, real estate, computer information systems, marketing or accounting. BBA programs can offer practical management training that can prepare students to successfully work within a large or small organization.
I wish you all the best for future.
Cheers !!

Firstly, Btech is something you would pick up at an undergraduate level. And, though there are BBA and similar courses offered in Managerial sciences, MBA still remains a post graduate level degree. This is the reason why you find people from diverse backgrounds opting for MBAs in their layer careers.
Btech in itself is not enough to answer your question. Be specific with the fields that interest you. As you are in Class XII, gauge your interest in different subjects like physics, chemistry, mathematics and computer science. This way you will get a more clear idea of what you want to pursue in your Btech, if you opt for it.
For MBA, it's pretty early to start and I wouldn't recommend any sort of preparations right away. Though, I would strongly advise you to inculcate a habit of reading.

Sir if a opt for BBA will it be good option?
Look at two factors:
1. What are the colleges you can get for BBA. Do a bit of research if they are good enough. Look for data like National rankings, average placement packages and alumni network.
2. More importantly evaluate your interest. If you're interested in studying those courses offered in BBA program, go for it!

See if you are interested in management field then also before pursuing MBA degree you need to complete graduation because MBA is post graduation degree.
You mentioned about engineering then assuming that you had science stream in 12th class you can do b.tech or B.sc for graduation then going through exams procedure you can start pursuing MBA degree.
Also remember one thing whether you are interested or not you need to make sure you have a very good % in your graduation also because when you will sit for MBA every college give weightage to these marks. With your bad marks you will reduce your probability of getting into a reputated college.
All the best for future!
