Hello aspirant,
Do not perform any surgery on your eye as those are restricted by the NDA. You will be rejected at the medical examination.
With your eyesight, you are eligible for the Indian Army. If you perform the surgery, you will not be eligible anymore. Perform eye exercises, it will help with your vision. All the best!
