Hey,

The first round of counselling has free exit. So, since you have not been allotted a college you have two options. If you leave the counselling now, you will get the deposit refunded. If you decide to do second round of counselling, and suppose you get a college but you do not report to it. Then your deposit will not be refunded. But, if you do not get a college in second round as well, then your deposit will be refunded.
