I have applied and appeared my first jee exam in the month of January and I accidentally submitted my form for the jee mains for the month of May what shall I do I need help .

There is nothing to worry about if you have applied for JEE mains april session examination.
JEE mains gives you choice to appear for both the jee mains sessions.You can choose to appear in ay one of them or both of them so if you have applied then you can appear and if you don't want then simply skip the attempt and you can appear next year.
