If you fill the April mains form as a fresh Candidate and you also applied for January mains then there is a chance of rejection of the form.NTA declares it in it's information bulletin that multiple application will be rejected. For more information you can visit the official website of Jee mains.

What should I do during counseling process what problem should I face??

In my opinion No problem at the time of counseling if you have not obc certificate then you will be treated as a candidate from general category.
