i have applied for all the four sessions of JEE MAIN but now i want to attempt only 2 of them can i cancel the other 2 sessions and how do i cancel them and will i be refunded the money

There is no such provision, you cannot cancel the jee mains application after submitting it and paying the application form fees.You will also not be getting any kind of refund. You can opt to not appear in the attempt you don't want to and there is absolutely no issues with that.
