I have applied for Non-creamy layer certificate earlier this month, so will there be any problem during the further admission process?

It is mandatory for thr candidate to present the category certificate at the time of counselling procedure and documents verification. If the candidate fails to do so, he/she might be disqualified from the procedure or most likely to be considered a general category candidate for seat allotment. So I urge you to get the required certificate in place before the counselling procedure. The new category certificate won't be any sort of issue unless you do not provide it. So make sure you do it smoothly and at ease. Good luck.
