I have applied TNEA before my results now i don't know how to update my marks is there any option to update marks ?

If you have submitted your form, then I think you can not edit your marks in the form. At the time of your verification and counseling you can produce your marksheet for the same.
I will advise you to first open your form, and if there is an option to edit your information then change your details.
