Yes, you have to. after each round , if u get something you have to report. If u get iit u will hv to report at the iit's.

No,you don't have to report again if it is upgraded in the same system i.e. NITs+System (In this case)
But if it is upgraded to IITs then you'll have to report at any RC of IITs.
But if it is upgraded to IITs then you'll have to report at any RC of IITs.
