I have B. tech in Marine Engineering but RRB does not accepting my degree for RRB JE

Hello,
RRB JE recruitment accepts only certain engineering branches – Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science/IT and allied fields. Marine Engineering is a specialized branch focused on ships and maritime systems. Since railway work involves rolling stock, signaling, electrical systems, and civil structures, Marine Engineering does not directly match the requirements.
That is why RRB JE notification does not list Marine Engineering as an eligible branch
