I have backlog in 2018 so what document should i upload? Is the statement from college with the signature of director is enough?

Hello Shaabi,
If you have graduated from your college and still have a backlog, you can still apply by uploading your provisional degree certificate. And, if you haven't graduated and will be graduating the next year, you will be required to upload the Appendix A certificate duly signed by the Head of the Department. Only one document need to be uploaded either the Appendix A certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate.
