    Hello ruchita

    You don't have to pay again for the 2nd round counselling, you can again join the counselling for free,you will get the option to join the counselling,you need to check website more frequently, if you don't accept joining in first round, this seat will be counted as vacant and to be filled in next round and you cannot claim it after that.
