Candidates between the age of  20 to 30 years as on August 1, 2020 can only apply for the IBPS PO 2020 exam. Since you have acquired the age of 31 years, you are not eligible for the exam. However, in case you belong to any of the reserved categories, then you will be provided the following age relaxations in the upper age limit:

• OBC - 3 years
• SC/ST - 5 years
• PWD candidates - 10 years

According to the eligibility criteria of IBPS PO 2020 Exam a candidate below 20 years and a candidate above 30 years are not eligible for this exam.

Seeing your birth date, your age is 31 years now, so, clearly you are not eligible for this Exam.
