I have chances to get seat in 2nd state counselling.So ,is it necessary to pay fee and submit certificates in the clg I got in first cnslng?

It is better to pay the confirmation fees to confirm your seat. If you don't pay the fees yoir seat will not be considered and for the next counselling it will be noted as vacant. There will be chances of not getting any seat in the counselling. If that is happened then you will end up with having no seat confirmed. So better confirm your seat to keep your seat safe. And if you get other college the money will be transferred to that college.
