I have changed my name after passing 12th. so which to fill in Neet application Form. old name which is in 10th ,12th Marksheet aur New Name which is in Addhar Card. please reply 🙏🙏

Hi Aspirant,

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you the name in 10th report card is your final name that will only be considered every where in case you have changed your name then you should contact you respective board regarding it. Any discrepancy will lead in cancellation of form so you may solve it as soon as possible.
