It would've better if you make the question clear. So, clearing JEE Main won't get you into the top 10 engineering colleges in India. And, about CET. Are you talking about KCET or MHT CET? Well, I doubt in both cases as with a rank of 26000, and no reservation, it will be impossible to get a seat in top 10 engineering colleges of that state.
