i have cleared JEE main 2020 but I didn't apply for college this year. can I apply for 2022 batch without giving JEE in 2021 with the same percentile i got in 2020

No, you cannot get admission in 2022 on the basis of your JEE main 2021 percentile.

This is because,

Your JEE main score is valid for only one year i. e the year in which it is conducted  so, Jee main 2021 score is valid for admission in 2021 only . To get admission in 2022 you will have to appear in JEE main 2022.

Also,

The admission process has not started yet as April and May session of jee main 2021 is still to be conducted and the counselling process will start after May result so you can participate in counselling and get admission in colleges  this year itself

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no there is no as such provision that your score is valid for more than one year if you have cleared exam in 2020 then your percentile and score will be valid till academic year 2020 only. If you want to take admission in 2022 then you have to appear again in year 2022.
