According to the revised orders , the minimum percentage required to be appear in jee mains is 60% in aggregate 12th board examinations. Your percentage is 71% according to your details given ,so you can appear for jee mains the next year . I hope you'll do the best . Best of luck!

It is nice that you have cleared JEE - Main in 2019, you are fully eligible to appear in JEE - Main 2020. But for being able to appear in JEE - Advanced you need to have at least 75% in your class 12. As you have 71.69% in your class 12 you won't be able to appear in JEE - Advanced, if you want to appear again in JEE next year you should also fill improvement forms for class 12 and get your score 75%+.
