Im from Bihar and completed my 10th in Bihar from CBSE and after that I came to pune and complete 12th here.Can I sit for mht-cet?

You would be considered an All India candidate, unless you have a domicile certificate. If you have a domicile certificate, you would be an OHU candidate.
