i also completed 2 steps of registration and then i payed money with net banking option my money has been cut but still in website 3rd step was incomplete

Please refer to the mail that you might have received when you would have filled the application form.
The staus would have been incomplete either because of transaction failure or inadequate documentation the reason for which will be specified in the mail.
