I have completed BE on ENC, in 2016 and gave gate in 2016, is there any way to get admit to ME or M.Tech without cap all around India.

GATE score is vakid for 3year only and admissions do not happen through CAP Counselling only.
For private engineering colleges students need to apply individually to the college.
For amdision into IIT they need to apply on portals like COAP.
For NITs, CFTI, IIITs they need to applu via CCmT.
