Yes you can write Xat 2020, but to take admission you have to clear your backlogged subject before the MBA school's first semester begins.

The eligibility criteria for XAT 2020 is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree (atleast 3 year minimum degree) in any discipline.

Either you must have passed degree or your results must be out by 10th June, 2020 to be eligible for admission through XAT.You can apply for XAT 2020 but you must be able to get your degree before seeking admission.
