I have completed B.Tech(2019). I have all my semester marks list. But I haven't yet received my OD/PC. Can I acceptable for CCMT reporting.

As per the rules and regulations you are eligible for reporting at CCMT. as they also provide the seat alotments for those B-tech students whose results are awaited. Tq for the response. But my results are already came. For the National Spot round,at the time of reporting I need to submit my provisional certificate. I have applied for it, but not yet received.
