I have completed giving all the required data in TNEA OFFICIAL SITE. When i finnaly paid Rs. 250, The payment is successfully initiated but the TNEA site shows payment failed. I even waited for 24 hours, but nothing is changed. neither application completed nor refunded... What might be the issue

This usually happens because the payment gateway and TNEA server don’t sync properly for some time. Don’t panic, it’s actually pretty common.

What you should do now:
• Wait around 72 hours first
• Check whether the Rs.250 was actually deducted or still showing as pending/on hold
• If money wasn’t deducted → retry payment later
• If money got deducted → keep screenshot/transaction ID safe

And even if double payment happens by mistake, refunds are usually processed automatically within a few working days.
