I have completed my 12th from jsos and took admission in bcsand its under verificationwill it be verified or my cancelled...is this board valid in pune??

I presume the board that you are referring to is NIOS that is National Institute of Open Schooling from where you have completed your class XII and now to answer your question,  National Institute of Open Schooling(NIOS) is a fully government recognized board of the Government of India and it's results and scores are validated and accepted through all universities, colleges and institutes all across India.

Thus not only for Pune but for all of India, NIOS scores are absolutely valid for admission into graduate and post graduate courses and therefore your verification will be cleared for sure and you would be granted admission.
