After doing 12th from non medical stream, there are various career opportunities for you.
You can go for B.Tech by appearing in entrance exam of various universities such as Manipal, BHU, etc or you can go for B.Sc course in various streams from Delhi University, MDU etc. These are the two most opted paths.
You might also opt for less popular courses such as B.Pharma, B. Arch.
So, opportunities are ample, you need to pursue on based on your interest and aptitude.
