I have completed my BE (ECE) ,now I searching the job in hardware ,but I didn't get any most of the jobs are consultancy pls give me any ide

Hii,If you learn Java you need to compete with  CSE, IT, MCA and other Engineering graduates. The probability of getting a job is very low. You need to do few things immediately.

1. Spend few hours every day on practicing C programming

2. Spend few hours every day on Networking fundamentals.

3. Brush up your Electrical & Electronic fundamentals.

4. Buy a Microcontroller board and start practicing C on that.

All the above 4 steps will look like difficult task initially. But within few days you smell the magic. You will really hit a treasure hunt. These things are coming from the 28 years experience Electronics Engineer who also  had spend last 7 years with 10000s of ECE students.

Do all the above steps with 100% involvement. Do not do them for marks or job. But you will get a job. Do not worry about how to apply for job or how to contact a company like all these things. Once you do the above things you will surely settle for a very good job. Instead of doing above things, if you join a support job now your career will not be smooth.
