I have completed my btech in 7 years instead of 4 , can i apply for masters now??

Congratulations! for completing your graduation.

Yes, you can now opt for Masters in any of the universities you want but you need to explain to the Admission faculty why it took you 3 more years for completing your graduation. And you should also have a strong and attractive resume to get enrolled in any of the top universities you wish to apply.
