i have completed my class 10 at 2017 and 12 at 2020. am i eligible for jee main 2021 and 2022. and my date of birth is 13 july 1998.

There is no age limit to appear for JEE Main 2021. Any candidate who has passed class 12th or its equivalent in the year 2019, 2020, or appearing in 2021 can apply for JEE Main 2021.
