i have completed my graduation in B.Sc.bio [plain] and also completed a one year OTT certificate course . Am i eligible to pursue MOTT?

Master of Operation Theatre Technology (MOTT) , or
M.Sc Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) .

Most colleges require a relevant bachelor’s degree such as:

B.Sc OTT,
Biology,
Biotechnology, or
other allied healthcare/science courses
