Bank PO(Probationary Officer) is a reputed position in Bank. The officers are recruited directly through an exam and considered as Class I officers. Both Private and government bank takes Bank PO examination separately and once in every year. According to the notification, the eligibility criteria to appear for the PO exam is as follows:
- A valid mark sheet or degree certificate must be present with the student certifying that he/she is a graduate as on the day prescribed by IBPS.
- The date mentioned on the mark sheet/provisional certificate, issued by the University will be considered as the date of passing the eligibility examination.
- A candidate must possess a graduation degree in any discipline/stream from a Government of India recognized university or,
- They must have an equivalent qualification, recognized by the Central Government to appear.
- The candidate should be aged between 20 years and 30 years. Additionally, there is age relaxation for candidates with different categories as per the rules of Government of India.
